Data were analyzed using centrality and dispersion parameters, also considering Pearson's coefficient of variation. \nResults: 29 competencies could be identified as being the main key competencies, highlighting those related to the alignment with military precepts. \nLimitations: it is possible to obtain a large amount of data using questionnaire, but the method does not allow to deepen the structure and processes that involve the questions asked. 摘要
