摘要

目的:探讨混合性结缔组织病(MCTD)的临床特点及其与病程的关系。方法:回顾性分析30例确诊MCTD患者的临床表现、免疫学特征、治疗及预后。根据病程分为两组(a组5年，B组≥5年)。结果:MCTD的早期症状主要为雷诺氏现象和关节痛/关节炎。A组雷诺现象发生率高于B组(P0.01)， B组肺动脉高压、间质纤维化发生率高于B组(P0.05)。实验室指标显示，IgG和ESR易出现异常，26.7%的患者出现肾功能不全伴高尿蛋白。A组死亡率为零，b组死亡率为25%。结论:MCTD不是良性疾病。随着病程的延长，重要器官功能障碍的发生率增加，死亡率有升高的趋势。
