Results indicated the possibility of using this method in estimating the drug above, as the calibration curve was subject to Beer's law for the range 5-75 µg/mL, and the molar absorptivity, Sandell's sensitivity, detection limit, and quantitative limit were 1563.32 L/mole·cm, 0.2272 µg/cm2 , 0.5102 and 1.7007 µg/mL respectively. 摘要

建立了一种简便、精确的紫外-可见分光光度法测定盐酸氯丙嗪(CPZ.HCL)与四氯化铂(PtC)在水溶液(酸性介质)中含量的方法。因此,形成了具有533 nm特征带的蓝色配合物。为获得高灵敏度和良好的稳定性,考察了pH、温度、时间和四氯化铂的最佳浓度对反应的影响,并绘制了校准曲线。结果表明,该方法在5 ~ 75µg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,摩尔吸光度为1563.32 L/mol·cm,桑德尔灵敏度为0.2272µg/cm2,检出限为0.5102,定量限为1.7007µg/mL,可用于上述药物的估计。该方法已成功应用于药型CPZ·HCL的定量。
