Four different laminates are fabricated by varying the matrix composition (BP, BP+SiC, carbon+BP, Carbon+BP+SiC ). The alkaline treatment with 6% NaoH of the BP fibers improves the specific strength and binding properties. The filler added composites laminates shows higher mechanical properties. 摘要

如今,天然纤维在世界纤维中的地位是稳定的,在其应用领域不断增长,不仅在纺织品中,而且在更环保的复合材料中。本文主要研究了SiC作为填充材料对香蕉柄/碳纤维增强混杂复合材料的影响。通过改变基体组成(BP、BP+SiC、碳+BP、碳+BP+SiC),制备了四种不同的层压板。用6% NaoH对BP纤维进行碱性处理,提高了BP纤维的比强度和结合性能。添加填料的复合材料层压板具有较高的力学性能。结果表明,SiC的加入使香蕉柄/碳纤维复合材料层合板的拉伸、弯曲、ILSS、冲击和硬度分别提高了89%、75%、99%、68%和64%。
