Based on digital technology and additive manufacturing technology, this paper analyzes and studies the digital modeling and 3D printing application of all terrain vehicle. On the basis of market research and questionnaire quantitative analysis, the design direction and concept of bh1500uu all terrain vehicle are determined. Based on the modeling analysis of bh1500uu, this paper studies the digital modeling method and process of all terrain vehicle. By analyzing the modeling characteristics and advantages of rhino, alias and CATIA, this paper proposes a digital modeling solution for all terrain vehicle based on rhino, alias and CATIA.
