摘要

促进现代高新技术与汽车设计制造的融合,是中国汽车设计的重要发展方向。基于数字技术和增材制造技术,对全地形车数字化建模和3D打印应用进行了分析研究。在市场调研和问卷定量分析的基础上,确定了bh1500uu全地形车的设计方向和设计理念。在对bh1500uu进行建模分析的基础上,研究了全地形车的数字化建模方法和过程。通过分析rhino、alias和CATIA的建模特点和优势,提出了一种基于rhino、alias和CATIA的全地形车辆数字化建模方案。在此基础上,进一步提出将增材制造技术和3D模型打印技术应用到全地形车的设计阶段,完成设计检验和设计优化。
