Formulated Rifabutin in the form of solid lipid nanoparticle evaluated for their efficacy ex-vivo by checking for various interactions. Thus, physiological parameters like cellular uptake, MTT cytotoxicity assay and hemolytic toxicity of rifabutin loaded mannosylated solid lipid nanoparticles are determined and compared.
