This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample in this study was Female Nurses of Nunukan District General Hospital with a total sample of 102 respondents. The analysis method used is regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 25.
