摘要

本研究旨在探讨多元角色冲突和情绪智力对绩效兴趣的影响。本研究采用定量调查方法。抽样方法为非概率抽样,采用目的抽样的抽样技术。本研究样本为努努坎区总医院女护士,共102人。使用的分析方法是回归分析,帮助SPSS程序版本25。本研究结果显示,可变双重角色冲突对女护士绩效有负向影响,可变情绪智力对女护士绩效有正向影响。
