摘要

本文提出了一种测量电力系统(EPS)中电压或电流等信号间相移的方法。该算法简单有效,可用于EPS的保护、控制和测量。该算法基于数学上简单的表达式,对处理能力要求不高,便于单片机应用。该算法考虑了高采样率和低采样率的情况,并提出了EPS集成数据采集与控制系统中信号的适当预处理方法。结果表明,所获得的精度可以满足预期应用的要求。
