The effects of putrescine and salicylic acid separately and together with salt were examined. \nResults: According to the findings obtained from the research, it was detected that salinity negatively affected the germination, plant growth, quality properties and nutrient contents of lettuce. In general, it was determined that putrescine applications under saline conditions increased germination and plant growth parameters and significantly reduced the negative effects of salt stress. 目的:研究不同剂量的腐胺和水杨酸对咸水条件下生菜发芽、植株生长、品质性状和养分含量的影响。材料与方法:研究了两种不同盐浓度(100和200 mM)、两种不同腐胺剂量(0.5和1.0 mM)和两种不同水杨酸剂量(0.5和1.0 mM)的15种不同应用。考察了腐胺和水杨酸单独及与盐共同作用的效果。结果:研究发现,盐度对生菜的发芽、植株生长、品质和养分含量均有不利影响。总的来说,在盐胁迫条件下施用腐胺可以提高种子萌发率和植株生长参数,显著降低盐胁迫的负面影响。结果表明,与200 NaCl处理相比,盐和腐胺同时施用1.0 Put+200 NaCl处理的种子发芽率提高了75.57%,株高提高了42.49%,鲜重提高了58.89%,可售叶数提高了43.20%。
