The lubrication characteristics of the gearbox under different working conditions are studied when the oil volume adjusting device is closed and opened. 摘要

本文首次建立了带油量调节装置的齿轮箱内流场的数值模拟模型,研究了其对高速动车组(EMU)齿轮箱润滑特性的影响。采用运动粒子半隐式方法对高速动车组齿轮箱在工作状态下的内部流场进行了数值模拟。研究了高速动车组的速度、浸泡深度和油底壳温度对齿轮功率损失和各轴承润滑油量的影响,为定量评价高速动车组的润滑特性提供了有效工具。研究了油量调节装置关闭和打开时齿轮箱在不同工况下的润滑特性。结果表明,油量调节装置主要通过改变润滑油从腔体小齿轮(腔体P)流向腔体齿轮(腔体G)的流量来改变输出齿轮搅拌的润滑油量,从而影响齿轮的功率损失和各轴承的润滑油量。
