摘要

建立了超声辅助萃取法(UAE),用二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(D2EHPA)从湿法磷酸中提取铁(III)。系统研究了超声功率、提取时间、D2EHPA浓度、提取温度等UAE参数对提取效果的影响。采用响应面法,利用统计方法,确定了最佳提取条件,并评价了影响UAE提取效率的各变量的显著性。结果发现,超声能显著提高D2EHPA对Fe (III)的提取率,与传统溶剂萃取法相比,最大提高幅度可达7倍。超声对萃取体系的萃取平衡没有影响。认为超声的空化作用,以及界面表面积的增大,有助于提高萃取率。
