Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. The results of this study mean that, a good leadership style, can improve employee performance; (2) Organizational Climate has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. The results of this study mean that a good organizational climate can improve employee performance; and (3) leadership style and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. 摘要

摘要目的:本研究的目的是:(1)了解并分析领导风格对员工绩效的影响;(2)了解并分析组织氛围对员工绩效的影响;(3)了解并分析领导风格和组织氛围对PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate员工绩效的影响。研究样本的数量为PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate的67名员工。方法:使用的测试设备是多元线性回归分析(多元回归),使用社会科学家统计软件包(SPSS)作为统计测试工具。发现:H1, H2和H3 H1在5%的置信水平上被接受。结论:研究结果表明:(1)领导风格对员工绩效有部分正向显著影响。本研究结果表明,良好的领导风格可以提高员工绩效;(2)组织氛围对员工绩效有正向和部分显著的影响。研究结果表明:良好的组织氛围可以提高员工绩效;(3)领导风格和组织氛围同时对员工绩效有显著的正向影响Ternate.Â
