摘要

本文提出了一种机场安检分层检查系统,根据历史安检记录将旅客分为三类。采用二维马尔可夫过程和马尔可夫调制泊松过程(MMPP)队列来构建安全检查系统。然后采用模拟退火的方法得到了模型的近似最优解。以桃园国际机场及其他两个国际机场的旅客抵港数据,评估模型的有效性。与两种传统排队模式的平均轮候时间比较,显示建议的安检系统在提高服务效率和提高保安水平方面的有效性。
