They do not have a fixed architecture. This paper focuses on creating a virtual global MANET by including the connectivity of more number of mobile nodes which can be extended by the means of a central server system. The server acts as a bridge in communicating with different devices connected by the internet connectivity. It performs and enables data communication among the devices that are connected in order to form the MANET. The application also focuses on a control over the MANET. It can control the communication among the nodes. Role Privilege Access Control algorithm is used to limit the access of the data communicated and exchanged through MANET to authorized users. The paper focuses on developing a costless platform android application and a web interface which enables communication of devices communicating with each other using internet connectivity. It also assigns a server system which enables communication among devices that are present in two different locations.
