Subsequently the strains were inoculated in MRS broth and agar plate where 100 ppm of Pb(NO 3 ) 2 and CdSO 4 were added, respectively. They did grow in the conditions and we found aggregations from 24 h cultures, indicating the strains can absorb the heavy metals, which was further proved by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometer. 摘要

目前,微尘在韩国是一个严重的问题。特别是微尘中含有Pb(铅)和Cd(镉)等重金属,对人体健康产生负面影响。本研究旨在分离具有清除重金属功能的乳酸菌。首先分离出2株耐银、铜、锌(MRS肉汤中30-100 mM agno3、cuso4、znso4)的乳酸菌。经鉴定,乳酸菌cnjnu 1877和乳酸菌jg15分别为副干酪乳杆菌和屎肠球菌。随后将菌株接种于MRS肉汤和琼脂板上,分别添加100 ppm的Pb(no3) 2和cdso4。它们确实在这种条件下生长,并且我们在培养24 h时发现了聚集,表明菌株可以吸收重金属,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电感耦合等离子体光学发射光谱仪进一步证实了这一点。因此,分离得到的乳酸菌可作为一种具有清除重金属活性的益生菌。
