摘要

通过正交设计效果的视觉分析和方差分析,选择出最优的满足目标需求的生产条件。但在验证试验之前,还没有确定最佳生产条件的选择、可能靶标的取值和靶标的范围。基于直立设计实验的数据结构,可以在一定的实验条件下建立正交表头设计的数学模型,并根据微分评价的方法得到各参数的效果值估计。通过对效果计算过程的介绍和对垂直设计试验中最优方案目标值的理论分析,可以提前进行理论估计和区间估计。
