This paper first analyzes the theory of lightning strikes and wind deviation prevention measures, and draws the correlation between two types of risk management measures, and establishes an evaluation model of investment effects of various measures under the risk superposition scenario, and 40 sets of lightning strikes and wind bias treatment projects. Substitute the evaluation model for case study. 摘要

多种生产技术改革措施投资效果评价方法的研究成果可应用于多种外部风险共存情景的评价,为输送渠道考虑多种措施整体效果的投资决策提供辅助支持。本文首先分析了雷击与防偏风措施的理论,绘制了两类风险管理措施之间的相关性,建立了风险叠加情景下各类措施投资效果的评价模型,并对40套雷击与防偏风治理项目进行了分析。用评估模型代替案例研究。在待评估的四类治理措施中,考虑到治理的有效性和效率指标,第三类治理措施可以实现最佳的投资效益。
