摘要

本文以浙江电力公司全景质量业务链为背景,围绕配电设备常规检测难以准确检测的问题,提出了一种新的检测技术,旨在快速、经济、准确地诊断配电设备的质量问题。本文积累了浙江电力公司配电设备质量检测中心一千多台配电变压器的大量物理特性参数和试验数据,通过大数据的统计方法,分析了配电变压器在不同容量水平下的体积、重量、直流电阻、空载损耗、负载损耗和短路阻抗的分布情况。最后给出了配电变压器绕组材料和容量诊断的评估过程。具体评估过程分为三个步骤:1)针对不同的检测目标确定相关的铁芯数据(绕组材料:体积、重量、直流电阻;容量:空载损耗、负载损耗和短路阻抗);2)建立配电变压器铁心数据与非铁心数据的关联数据库;3)用关联数据库进行初步判断,再用其他方法逐一确认。
