摘要

目前,港口机械的设计主要依靠静态设计的方法。它有时会使设计不精确和不合理。本文在虚拟样机技术的基础上,利用Solidworks软件建立了40t/33m门式起重机臂架系统模型。然后将模型导入Adams进行动力学仿真分析。最后,得到了变幅过程中几种铰链力的变化曲线(以铰链力为例,因为铰链力在起重机设计中很重要,而以往的方法复杂且精度不高)。从曲线中我们得到了最大值,以及出现最大值的半径和位置。
