The descriptive analytical approach was used with a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from a sample of 299 users. The study results showeda statistically significant impact of organizational requirements for ERP system requirements on the success of its application. The study concluded that organizational culture is the most important dimension among the organizational requirements for its role in accepting technological change and reducing its resistance.
