摘要

本文合成了新的硫代氨基脲基席夫碱配体及其Mn(II)、Ni(II)、Cu(II)和Zn(II)配合物。对合成的化合物进行了表征,并对其抗菌活性进行了研究。元素分析、IR、1H-NMR和质谱分析对所有化合物进行了全面表征。筛选配体及其配合物对革兰氏阳性菌(枯草芽孢杆菌)和革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌)进行抑菌带法体外生物学研究。以硫代氨基脲为基础的配合物表现出比配体更好的活性。
