In the contemporary world, it is observed that the government is silent on public opinion on several of its decision. This silence of government gives rise to several questions, such as – In a democratic setup, to what extent public can participate in the decision-making process of government? To what extent government can curb the voice of people with the help of assisted technologies such as internet shutdown and filter bubbles?
