摘要

在本工作中,对YSZ/Al2O3 /CeO2等离子喷涂涂层进行了表面表征,以了解其表面特性。氧化钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)的含量为60 wt.%,氧化铝的含量为30 ~ 38 wt.%, CeO2的含量为2 ~ 10 wt.%。在SS-304基体上采用不同比例复合材料的陶瓷涂层来提高涂层强度。通过SEM显微图分析涂层表面的特征,通过XRD分析了解涂层中存在的相。随着CeO2的加入,ysz基涂层的显微硬度和孔隙率降低。
