横纹肌肉瘤是儿童最常见的恶性肿瘤，多发生于头颈部。胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤是一种极为罕见的中耳横纹肌肉瘤。我们报告一例5岁儿童的中期胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤，初次就诊时被诊断为中耳炎，后来在病理上被误诊为血管性耳息肉。
