The porous properties of the samples were investigated by means of low-temperature nitrogen adsorption/desorption, the size of the metal component – by TEM, and the catalytic properties – in the micro-pulse isomerization of n-hexane. Antisymbatic correlation between the temperature of the maximum yield of hexane isomers and the amount of nickel in the sample was found for a stable palladium content. 摘要

本研究的目的是评价含镍和钯的双金属沸石催化剂对正己烷异构化的活性和选择性。合成了基于MFI分子筛氢形态的双金属双官能团线性烷烃异构化催化剂。采用低温氮气吸附/脱附、透射电镜(TEM)研究了样品的多孔性、金属组分的大小以及正己烷微脉冲异构化的催化性能。在稳定钯含量的条件下,发现己烷异构体的最大产率温度与样品中镍的含量呈反正相关。镍的引入可以将最佳工艺温度从598 K降低到523 K。
