摘要

膜浆分离是双滤浆分离法的重要组成部分。采用异常蛋白比(APRR)、不同蛋白比(DPR)和除筛分系数外的血浆过滤效率3个参数对新研制的聚醚砜(PES)中空纤维等离子体分离膜进行评价。分离膜的APRR > 0.90,血浆分离后DPR发生变化。并将PES中空膜的筛分系数与市面上的等离子体分离膜进行了比较。这些数据对PES中空纤维分离膜的临床应用具有重要意义。
