摘要

巴厘小母牛的营养物质消化率、各种日粮配方的能量和氮平衡对其生长性能的影响数据库有限。采用随机区组设计,选取代谢能(ME)和粗蛋白质比率为2045.38 kcal ME/kg:12.06%(处理A)、2103.57 kcal ME/kg:13.11%(处理B)、2201.85 kcal ME/kg:13.97%(处理C)和2297.60 kcal ME/kg:15.05%(处理D)的4种日粮,评价巴利犊牛营养物质消化率、能量和氮沉积。饲料由精料、尿素、糖蜜、王草、椰子油和维生素矿物质混合物组成。结果表明:D处理显著提高了蛋鸡消化能7814.34 kcal/ D、消化氮49.87 g/ D、能量采食量11,015.06 kcal/ D、氮采食量423.53 g/ D、能量蓄积67.76 kcal/ D、氮蓄积7.91 g/ D、日增重0.33 kg/ D (P<0.05)。综上所述,为获得较好的平均日增重,巴厘小母牛日粮中应含有至少2,297.60千卡代谢能/kg和15.05%粗蛋白质。
