The main constituent component in the transdermal drug delivery system which has an effect on characteristics is polymer. One of the developments in the transdermal route is the manufacture of patch preparations. Physically, a good patch must be flexible, thin, smooth, homogeneous, have drying shrinkage and low moisture absorption. So the aim of this review article was to determine the effect of polymer combinations on transdermal preparations on good patch characteristics. The method used in this review article is a literature review of various journals published online, with the category of national and international journals. The results obtained 2 primary journals related to polymer combinations to transdermal preparations, namely the combination of PVP: EC and HPMC: EC. 摘要

透皮是一种药物输送系统,通过皮肤表面将一定剂量的活性物质释放到血液中。经皮给药系统中影响其特性的主要成分是聚合物。透皮途径的发展之一是生产贴片制剂。从物理上讲,一个好的贴片必须是柔韧的、薄的、光滑的、均匀的,具有干燥收缩率和低吸湿性。因此,本文的目的是确定聚合物组合对透皮制剂的良好贴片特性的影响。本综述文章采用的方法是对网上发表的各类期刊进行文献综述,分类为国内期刊和国际期刊。结果获得了2个与聚合物组合到透皮制剂相关的主要期刊,即PVP: EC和HPMC: EC的组合。综述结果表明,聚合物组合可以对贴片的抗折性测试、重量均匀性测试、厚度测试、干燥收缩测试和吸湿性测试等特性产生影响。
