国家理工学院的战略信息系统目前还不是最优的，因此笔者对该机构进行了分析。正如我们所知，通过使用信息系统(IS) /信息技术(IT)战略，可以更好地优化公司/机构的业务流程。在本研究中，用于分析Politeknik Negeri Manado战略信息系统的概念是战略框架，在确定未来战略之前，可以通过分析外部因素(PEST)，优势和劣势来确定is / IT战略。然后分析机会和威胁(SWOT)，直到战略实施阶段，期望实施的atis / it战略可以优化该机构的业务流程。
