According to the influence factors such as the critical path, basic event and their logical relations to ETIS and based on the method statement of reliability theory of fault tree analysis (FTA), the quality defect evaluation model of ETIS was established, which included two subsystems of functional quality defects evaluation system and construction quality defects evaluation system. In addition, this paper puts forward the relevant quality control measures to the quality of ETIS by studying the path of these quality defects occurred.
