This study found that the intention to purchase halal products was influenced by attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control. Besides, it was found that determinants such as self-efficacy, and trustworthiness have a significant positive impact on attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control. This study helps marketers and producer to understand the factors that influence East Malaysia consumers to purchase Halal products. 摘要

本研究旨在调查东马马来西亚穆斯林消费者购买清真产品意愿的影响因素。本研究将探讨诚信、自我效能感、态度、主观规范、行为知觉控制与购买意愿之间的关系。本研究的数据是通过在线问卷调查从东马142名消费清真产品的消费者中收集的。采用偏最小二乘结构方程建模(PLS-SEM)技术对数据进行分析。本研究发现,清真产品购买意愿受态度、主观规范和感知行为控制的影响。此外,研究发现自我效能感、可信度等决定因素对态度、主观规范和感知行为控制有显著的正向影响。本研究有助于营销人员和生产者了解影响东马消费者购买清真产品的因素。因此,调查结果将根据适当的清真准则加强与清真产品有关的任何宣传材料的营销策略。
