摘要

本研究旨在调查巴格达村水牛群的布鲁氏菌病、弓形虫病和口蹄疫。收集了114个样本(血清),包括22个小于6个月的小牛样本和92个3至7岁的雌性样本,这些样本由巴格达兽医医院/兽医局的工作人员收集,并一直在中央兽医实验室/兽医局工作。选择ELISA诊断试剂盒检测流产布鲁氏菌、弓形虫病和口蹄疫(多种)抗体。研究结果表明,同一畜群中存在不同程度的感染,其中流产布鲁氏菌占58.18%,弓形体病占11.40%,口蹄疫占44.73%(多种)。本研究的目的是调查这三种疾病及其与症状的相容性,尽管水牛群以前没有接种过这三种疾病的疫苗,但这证明在一个牛群中存在不同程度的感染,并对牲畜的发育产生不利影响。
