摘要

系统阐述了土地生产力的研究。本文就土地生产力的含义、影响因素、评价方法和主要内容进行了简要评述。随着社会经济的发展,以及数学模型和3S技术的应用,土地生产力实现了全面的内涵,其评价经历了从定性方法到定量方法,从辅助土地利用方式选择、分区规划到土地可持续利用的一系列过程。评价也从特别强调土地生产力的确切定义发展到对土地系统本身的物质反馈,再到不同的土地利用模式。1995年以来,人们特别关注土地生产力的自我更新能力、外部压力对土地生产力的影响以及土地抵抗外部压力的弹性极限。最后,对土地生产力可持续发展评价和加强3S技术应用研究提出了未来的研究方向。
