In this paper, EMWP characteristics in rotating environments are preliminarily studied in order to provide a strong theoretical support for developing high-performance rotating component radio monitoring system. In particular, the Doppler frequency shift and the EMW polarization characteristics in rotating movement are fundamentally analyzed.
