摘要

电力电子变换器是电源与负载相互作用的重要组成部分。事实上,这个系统的失败往往会导致更大的问题。因此,有必要对故障最多的变频器部件进行监控。在这项工作中,我们提出了三个参数的估计,它们依次是电力电子变换器中元件的退化指标:等效串联电阻、电容和导通状态电阻。利用升压转换器的电流和电压测量。
