The scented areca nut powder used has a mesh size of e” 20, the stirring speed 450 rpm and the temperature kept constant at 45 oC. The extraction results were then concentrated and tested by UV-Vis spectrophotometric analysis with a standard solution of tannic acid. 摘要

芳香槟榔儿茶是西苏门答腊岛的主要农产品之一。它含有单宁,单宁是一种有价值的化合物,广泛用于纺织工业、皮革制品制造或家具工业。从槟榔中提取单宁有望提高其经济价值。本研究旨在通过动态浸渍法提取单宁,浸渍时间分别为1、2、3、4、5小时;乙醇的溶剂浓度分别为35%,50%,65%,80%,96%。所制备的槟榔果粉网目尺寸为e”20,搅拌速度为450转/分,温度为45℃。提取结果浓缩后,用单宁酸标准溶液紫外-可见分光光度法测定。最佳产率为3.750%,浸出时间为2小时,溶剂浓度为65%乙醇。
