Plantations grown in black soil recorded the higher values for carbon sequestration in above ground biomass, below grown biomass and in total biomass as compared to red soils. Among the age gradations, plantations of 8 year old recorded the higher values for biomass carbon as compared to rest of age gradations. 摘要

研究了卡纳塔克邦半干旱区杜鹃(Melia dubia)生物量的固碳潜力。选择2、4、6、8年生黑土、红土等不同土壤类型的人工林,分别在试验开始时和试验开始后12个月进行生物特征观测。与红壤相比,黑壤人工林地上生物量、地下生物量和总生物量的固碳值更高。在各年龄层中,8年生林分的生物量碳值高于其他年龄层。结果表明,黑土具有较高的固碳潜力。
