摘要

本文的重点是游戏化及其在加泰罗尼亚文化创意旅游体验中的战略应用研究。从定性的角度出发,基于十次半结构化访谈,本研究的目的是从供给的角度分析游戏化与旅游之间的关系。结果表明,游戏化在学习和发现一个地方的特点、吸引和留住顾客以及鼓励结合线下和线上资源共同创造独特体验方面具有重要意义。这项研究为学术文献中很少研究的主题提供了可见性,并为游戏化研究及其对加泰罗尼亚文化旅游的影响做出了贡献。
