The research sample consisted of 2074 teachers from seven public sector universities in region, with a sample size of 335 teachers selected by using simple random sampling technique. In this regard, data analysis involved the utilization of Pearson correlation, linear regression, and multiple regression techniques. Finding revealed a positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment. The results offered significant information in reaching the desired leading conclusion and extracting certain recommendations for policy-makers and future researchers.
