摘要

内皮素是最强的血管收缩剂,具有广泛的生物学功能。内皮素对前列腺癌细胞具有促有丝分裂和抗凋亡的作用。同时还发现内皮素能诱导癌组织血管生成。此外,内皮素已被证实参与肿瘤转移和癌痛。提示内皮素在前列腺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
