摘要

本文制备了不同纳米二氧化硅含量(wt%为0 ~ 1.5%)的聚乙烯醇丁醛(PVB)涂层,以改善涂层的力学性能、防腐性能和热氧化稳定性。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)对涂层中纳米二氧化硅的存在进行了表征。采用盐雾试验研究了纳米二氧化硅PVB涂层的耐蚀性。研究了纳米二氧化硅对PVB涂层附着力、抗折强度、相对硬度和热氧化稳定性的影响。当纳米二氧化硅含量为1.2 wt%时,PVB涂层的力学性能、耐腐蚀性和热氧化稳定性得到显著改善。
