Resulted showed oxalic acid is product of Breckland thyme leaves was study. 摘要

研究了回流法提取百里香挥发油的方法。采用薄层色谱法从百里香叶油中分离出部分活性有机化合物。(甲苯乙酸乙酯)(5:95)在薄层色谱中用作洗脱液。结果发现6个斑点,其中5个斑点采用光谱学方法诊断,定性和定量分析方法气相色谱(gc)。结果表明,香芹酚、对伞花香精、樟脑、百里酚和α-蒎烯这14种化合物在百里香油叶中所占的比例极小,分别为21.1%、10.1%、0.8%、24.77%和19.92%。结果表明,草酸是百里香叶的产物。(DOI: 10.22401 / JNUS.20.3.06)
