摘要

来自同一设备的不同生产线的产品在联合审查方案下进行比较寿命试验。本文选取同一设施下具有威布尔寿命分布的两组产品,在I型广义混合滤波方案下进行试验。观察到的审查数据用于建立最大似然(ML)估计器以及模型参数的近似置信区间。此外,还讨论了MCMC方法下的贝叶斯估计。通过对模拟数据集的分析和蒙特卡罗模拟研究来说明和比较理论结果。最后,在结语部分进行了简要的评述。
