摘要

针对目前日本鹌鹑缺乏标准化的修喙方法来减少啄羽现象,本研究旨在比较两种年龄和3种修喙方法,对日本鹌鹑的生产性能、蛋品质和啄羽现象进行评价。1日龄日本鹌鹑770只;初始阶段22只(笼-1),36日龄(n = 630;选取生产期18只鸡,采用完全随机设计,共7个处理,5个重复。处理方法为:未修剪(NT),在14日龄(CAUT 14)和28日龄(CAUT 28)时灼烧约1/3,在14日龄(MOD 14)和28日龄(MOD 28)时中度修剪至约1/3喙,在14日龄(SEV 14)和28日龄(SEV 28)时严重修剪至1/3-1/2喙。使用Minitab®进行数据分析。结果表明,修喙方式对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质没有影响。饲喂MOD 28和SEV(14和28)的鹌鹑每蛋重的饲料转化率较NT低,但MOD 14和SEV在防止啄羽毛行为方面更有效。
