摘要

在使粘土中氧化铝酸溶经济可行的过程中遇到的主要挑战是确定关键工艺变量的最佳条件,以提高有效回收率。在优化过程中,通过确定工艺变量的最佳条件,可以实现从粘土中回收高铝。本研究采用实验设计,研究了煅烧温度、浸出温度、酸浓度、搅拌速度和液固比5个自变量对当地粘土中氧化铝产率的综合影响,并建立了二阶多项式回归方程来评价5个自变量对氧化铝产率的影响。采用方差分析(ANOVA)进行模型充分性检验,实验反应与预测反应的相关值为0.9209。在677.27℃的活化热下,氧化铝的最佳收率为80.07%;65.18℃浸出温度;1.9摩尔/ cm3HCl浓度;液固比10.36,搅拌速度442.92rpm。
