It is a key factor in establishing a positive relationship with the patient and accepting the diagnosis from him and his relatives, which is often a difficult process. In these patients, it is extremely important to create a good motivation to continue treatment in order to avoid withdrawal even before starting the actual treatment. There is often denial, unwillingness to change and difficulty in accepting the diagnosis / in primary patients / both for them and their relatives. Comprehensive patient care is a prerequisite for integrated teamwork, and the nurse has a central responsibility for integrating professional relationships into the multidisciplinary clinical team.
