Spectroscopic observations of eccentric eclipsing binary systems
Eccentric eclipsing binaries (EEBs) are detached binary stars. Many EEBs show apsidal motion. EEB fundamental physical parameters allow us to test stellar evolution models and to estimate the internal stellar structure constants through apsidal motion analysis.
