摘要

儿童绘本是包含文化意识形态的多模态文本,讲述中国传统故事的儿童绘本也起到了文化传播的作用。在众多传统文化故事中,花木兰形象作为我国优秀传统人物故事的代表,在世界不同文化中广为流传。本研究以两本来自中美三种不同文化的花木兰儿童绘本为研究对象,比较两本绘本在三个多模态层面的图文模式表现,以评价中国传统故事背后的背景。文化内涵在其他文化中的传播效应。
