The sample consists of employed, married fathers and their spouses from the 2001 Marriott School of Management Alumni Work and Family Survey (n = 210). Fathers' family involvement was related to less work-life conflict, greater work-family fit, and greater self- and spouse-reports of marital satisfaction. Fathers' family and religious involvement was related to greater self- and spouse-reports of marital satisfaction.
