The positions of the auxiliary laser in the commercial Raman amplifier are compared and optimized experimentally. The results show that 7.3 dB and 10.2 dB more power budget is obtained with the auxiliary laser in the backward direction and forward direction respectively comparing to the situation without any auxiliary laser. 摘要
本文采用商用双向拉曼放大器和附加的辅助激光器,实现了8 × 100 Gbit/s 463 km (76.9 dB)光传输网络的应用实例。对商用拉曼放大器中辅助激光器的位置进行了实验比较和优化。结果表明,与不加辅助激光相比,加辅助激光前后方向的功率预算分别增加了7.3 dB和10.2 dB。结果还表明,在没有远程泵浦放大器的情况下,前向二阶拉曼放大器是一个很好的选择。
